These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Comfort Conveyancing website. By accessing this Website, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. Comfort Conveyancing is a NSW licensed conveyancing practice operating under the Conveyancers Licensing Act 2003 (NSW), the Conveyancers Licensing Regulation 2021, and the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW (AIC NSW) guidelines.

   The content on this Website is for general information only and is not legal advice. Viewing the Website does not create a client–conveyancer relationship. You should obtain independent legal advice before relying on any information.

2. Engagement of Services
   You are not our client until we issue and you accept a formal Costs Agreement/Disclosure and we confirm acceptance of your matter. Completing an online enquiry form does not mean we act for you. We may decline to act in accordance with AIC NSW conduct requirements.

3. Costs and Fees
   All services are subject to written Costs Disclosure and Agreement. Fees include professional fees, disbursements, search fees and electronic settlement (PEXA) fees. Estimates on the Website are not binding and may change. Additional fees may apply if the scope of work changes. All trust money is managed according to NSW trust accounting laws.

4. Electronic Conveyancing and VOI
   By engaging us, you authorise the use of PEXA, InfoTrack and other electronic platforms for settlement, verification of identity, e-contracts and document handling. You must complete VOI and Client Authorisation forms. You consent to communication and document transmission electronically.

5. Accuracy of Information Provided
   You agree to supply accurate, complete information and update us if anything changes. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. Website Use
   You must not use the Website for unlawful purposes, interfere with security or copy Website content without permission. Access may be restricted at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property
   All Website content is owned by Comfort Conveyancing. You may view or download content for personal use only. You must not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
