    We do not sell your information.

    Some third-party providers may store information on servers located overseas. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers comply with Australian Privacy Principles.

    We follow AIC NSW best-practice security measures including encrypted storage, secure communication systems, password protection, multi-factor authentication, restricted staff access and regular system reviews.

  7. Retention of Records
    Under the Conveyancers Licensing Act 2003 (NSW) and AIC NSW guidelines:
    • Conveyancing files and trust records must be kept for at least 7 years.
    After this period, records may be securely destroyed.

    You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you. We may require identification to ensure security. Requests should be made using our contact details below.
